Terms of sale

This page is an English translation of the French original, provided for convenience. The French version is the reference: read it in French.

In force as of October 11, 2026.

1. Seller

The packs offered on mavena.app are sold by Arthur Renard, individual entrepreneur (EI), under the trade name “Mavena,” 60 rue François-Ier, 75008 Paris (SIRET 991 214 214 00017). In these terms, “Mavena” refers to this seller. Contact: hello@mavena.app.

2. Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on mavena.app, whether by a private individual or by a professional. The applicable terms are those in force on the day of the order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. You declare that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

3. What is sold

Mavena sells prompt packs: text files containing instructions to copy into Claude Code, with the Opus 5.5 model, to create a motion design video. Each pack is described on its product page. Bundles group several packs together at a reduced price.

The “Your personalized prompt” and “All 14 prompts + your personalized prompt” offers include a prompt written for your project, based on the description you give of it by replying to the e-mail received after payment. The “Your personalized prompt” offer includes only this prompt. One adjustment of this prompt is included, on request by e-mail. Any other version, or a prompt for another project, requires a new order of the “Your personalized prompt” offer.

The “Your video, made by Mavena” offer includes a 20-second motion design video, made by Mavena for your project based on the description you give of it by replying to the e-mail received after payment. It is delivered in a single version: no revision is included. This offer requires neither a computer nor access to Claude.

To use a pack, you need:

  • a computer (macOS, Windows or Linux) and access to Claude Code with the Opus 5.5 model, provided by Anthropic;
  • free tools: Node.js, Google Chrome, ffmpeg and Python. The prompt checks what is already installed and tells you what to add;
  • for the voice-over, an account with a text-to-speech service.

These services are not included in the price and remain at your expense. Mavena is an independent site, not affiliated with Anthropic.

The “Business pack” includes the 14 prompt packs, the files provided with them and a sales kit: a PDF document (in French) that indicates which video to offer to which type of client, where to find clients, message templates, price benchmarks, a quote template and a checklist before delivery. The kit's advice and price benchmarks are given for information only: Mavena guarantees neither sales nor income.

The videos shown on the site are examples. They are not part of the pack.

4. Price

The price of each pack and of each bundle is displayed in euros at the latest on the payment page, before you confirm your order. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the price displayed is the total price to pay. There are no delivery charges. Mavena may change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at the moment you confirm the order.

5. Order

  1. You choose a pack, or a bundle and the packs that make it up.
  2. You click the purchase button of the pack or of the bundle. The secure Stripe payment page, or its form displayed on the site, summarizes your order and its price: there you enter your e-mail address and you pay. You can go back and correct your order as long as the payment has not been confirmed. On a device that offers it, you can also pay from the offer page with Apple Pay or Google Pay: their window shows the amount and the e-mail address that will be used for delivery, and nothing is paid until you have confirmed it.
  3. The contract is concluded when the payment is accepted. You then receive your prompts by e-mail.

The contract is concluded in French. The delivery e-mail serves as order confirmation: keep it.

6. Payment

Payment is made in a single installment, at the time of the order, by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other method offered at the time of payment. It is processed by Stripe: Mavena never has access to your bank details. An invoice is sent to you on request at hello@mavena.app.

7. Delivery

Your prompts are sent as attachments to the e-mail address given at the time of payment, within the minutes that follow. Check your spam folder. If you have received nothing after one hour, or if you entered a wrong address, write to hello@mavena.app: your files are sent to you again free of charge.

When your order includes a personalized prompt, it is sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the description of your project.

The Business pack's sales kit is attached to the same e-mail as the prompts.

When you order a video made by Mavena, it is sent to you by e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of the description of your project.

8. Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, a consumer has in principle fourteen days to withdraw. The packs are digital content, not supplied on a tangible medium and delivered upon payment. By placing an order, you expressly request this immediate delivery and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as your prompts are sent to you (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Once the delivery e-mail has been sent, the order can therefore no longer be canceled or refunded on the basis of the right of withdrawal.

If your prompts have not yet been sent to you, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the order, without giving any reason, by writing to hello@mavena.app. You are then refunded within fourteen days, by the payment method used for the order.

The video made by Mavena is digital content made for you. By sending the description of your project, you expressly request that its production begin and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as you send it. As long as you have not sent it, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the order and be refunded.

Your legal guarantees remain intact (article 10).

9. What you may do with the prompts

Purchasing a pack gives you a non-exclusive right of use, with no time limit, for yourself or for your business.

You may:

  • use the prompts as many times as you want;
  • adapt them to your needs;
  • create videos for yourself, for your business or for your clients, including for commercial purposes.

The videos you create belong to you. Mavena claims no rights over them.

You may not:

  • resell, give away, publish or share the prompts or the sales kit, as they are or modified;
  • integrate them into a product or a service that makes them available to other people.

If these rules are not respected, Mavena may terminate your right of use and claim compensation.

10. Legal guarantees

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and from the guarantee against hidden defects. To invoke them, write to hello@mavena.app or to Arthur Renard (Mavena), 60 rue François-Ier, 75008 Paris.

The consumer is entitled to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears within a period of two years from the supply of the digital content or digital service. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it appeared.

The legal guarantee of conformity entails the obligation to supply all the updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital content or digital service during the period that the consumer may legitimately expect.

The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience for the consumer.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or digital service, or may end the contract and obtain a full refund in return for giving up the digital content or digital service, if:

1° The trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity;

2° Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity is unduly delayed;

3° The digital content or digital service cannot be brought into conformity without costs being imposed on the consumer;

4° Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity causes major inconvenience for the consumer;

5° The non-conformity of the digital content or digital service persists despite an unsuccessful attempt by the trader to bring it into conformity.

The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies the price reduction or the termination of the contract being immediate. The consumer is then not required to first request that the digital content or digital service be brought into conformity.

Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancellation of the contract only if the contract does not provide for the payment of a price.

Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable in order to be brought back into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until the digital content or digital service is supplied in conformity again.

These rights result from the application of articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.

A trader who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of a maximum amount of €300,000, which may be increased to up to 10% of average annual revenue (article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is kept, or to a full refund in return for giving up the digital content or digital service.

11. Result and liability

A prompt is a series of instructions given to an artificial intelligence model published by a third party. The video obtained depends on this model, on your brief, on the material you provide and on your choices at each step: two uses of the same prompt do not produce the same video.

Mavena undertakes to deliver prompts that conform to their description. It does not promise a specific result, nor that the prompts will behave in the same way with future versions of the model.

You are solely responsible for the content of your videos: rights to the images, music, voices and trademarks you use, accuracy of what you claim, compliance with the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

If you buy as a professional, the liability of Mavena is limited to the price paid for the order concerned. This limit does not apply to consumers, whose legal rights remain intact.

12. Personal data

The data collected when an order is placed is used to deliver it and to keep the accounts. After a purchase, you may also receive by e-mail information about new prompts and Mavena offers. You can object to this at any time, through the link included in each of these messages or by writing to hello@mavena.app. The details are set out in the legal notice.

13. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to hello@mavena.app. A reply is given to you as soon as possible.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not been resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Between professionals, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
